At KOP, we are committed to keeping our keiki as safe as possible. Here are some of the things we are doing:

 

• We limit class size to a maximum of eight children per class. Only one class per day is in the classroom.
   

• We screen children and staff temperatures upon arrival. Individuals with a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, or showing symptoms of illness (shortness of breath, cough, or runny nose) are not allowed to enter campus​​.
   

• We frequently wash hands (when entering the room, after bathroom breaks, between activities and before and after eating) and hand sanitizer is available at all times.
   

• Each child brings their own food from home, and food sharing between children is not allowed.
   

• The classroom is disinfected at the beginning and end of every day and cleaned throughout the class as needed.
